Why is the left so silent about Obama’s wars, both foreign and domestic?

August 29th, 2013 | By Pirate

I am so tired of hearing the far left liberals launch constant attacks and leverage intense blame on their ‘enemies’.
I hear from so many of these same liberals their excuses for attacking conservatives and libertarians, by claiming “we are against war, and we are in favor of human rights”.  They would claim that conservatives are against these things.

When George W. Bush was a president, I saw constant liberal rally’s against war, and against corporate favoritism.  But since Obama has been president, those same liberals are now either extinct or too embarassed to show their faces in public.  Which is it?  They aren’t around so that I can ask them.   The ones that I can find, that were solid on supporting Barack Obama in the last 2 elections, will now say  “I didn’t support Obama, I was more in favor of _________ (fill in the blank)”, typically they say something clever (though meaningless) like “I supported Jill Stein”.  (cough cough, bullshit)

I wrote this on my facebook on June 15th 2013:

“I wish I had a screen shot from my liberal friends MySpace/Facebook when George W. was in office. Every little thing he did wrong they crucified him for it. In fact, I was pretty pissed AND vocal myself. However, these same liberal connections that I have on these social networking sites almost pretend that Obama doesn’t even exist, even though he has been FAR harder on MJ issues, has made far more extreme measures to intrude upon our privacy, and has done everything GWB did, including the wars (undeclared such as Libya) and has done far too (if anything at all) little to protect civil rights. Bush had the Patriot Act issue, Obama had the indefinite detention of US citizens without trial issue via the NDAA. Obama spies on our phone calls, and increases measures to allow for further surveillance… But do these liberal folks complain about that? Nope?!!???!  And why not? If Mitt Romney got into office and did these same things, you know for sure they would be going crazy over this shit (so would I). But because it’s one of the liberal elite, they turn a blind eye to it.

Disgusting how disingenuous some humans are. These are the same lame asses that go nuts over their favorite pro-sports teams. Their team can do NOTHING wrong. But when they do, it’s the other teams fault. Sheep!”

I remember watching Russ Belville pimp Senator Barack Obama in 2008.  I couldn’t believe it then, the way that he shamelessly pimped this very unknown and unproven man to lead the free world.   I wasn’t so sure myself, I asked Obama this:  Barack can we count on you to keep your promises?

Then again in 2012, Russ even knowing how horrible Obama had been on marijuana policy (in fact far worse than George W. Bush) indicting nearly 9000% more legal medical marijuana providers in about half the time.
See the MMJ indictments under Obama via this Young Turks show, they used 2011 numbers;

I mean even the Irish Parliament gets it, from thousands of miles across the Atlantic.  Calling Obama a “War Criminal”, because of all of Obama’s new and illegal/undeclared wars abroad (not just the drug war at home that he has given much more fuel to).

I heard all of the slander of Ron Paul by Russ and other far left liberals.  In fact, Russ took about 8 minutes on his radio show with me to insult and berate Ron Paul.   But how much worse could Ron Paul be than Obama?

These liberals are down right militant at attacking their “enemies” even conservative politicians at home.  But when their team does all of the same things as their “enemies”, they ignore it.  It almost seems like some of them forgot Obama even exists, not yet is he starting wars all over the world!

Here is Russ Belville pimping Obama in 2012, even after all of the foreign wars, and even after all of the marijuana crack down in our country.

I am ashamed that I ever contributed to NORML and/or Russ Belville’s show.  These liberals for the most part are shameless hypocrites!

But further than that, I will NOT ignore their support of tyranny like they are ignoring Obama.

This is a video that I made to document all of this, including some news highlights regarding all of Obama’s foreign wars, and his domestic wars.

Do we ignore to “keep the peace” while our leaders are making war?  Or do we stand for what we believe in?
I will stand!

Interesting new facts about the George Zimmerman case

August 10th, 2013 | By Pirate

I was talking on a conversation about the race-baiting liberal agenda for contentiously making a huge case for racism in the USA out of the George Zimmerman case.

This is the conversation:

I reported this long before this article, and it addresses the things that Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton are pushing at these protests.

But out of this conversation came a video that enlightened me to a lot of things that I didn’t know about this case.

First of all have you ever heard of the drug cocktail “LEAN”?  It is made up of both skittles, Arizona Ice Tea and Robotussin, 2/3 of the ingredients for LEAN were found on Trayvon Martin on the night of the shooting.

This video details it more:  Trayvon’s Drug Rage & LEAN Cocktail Cover-up

More information:

I had personally never heard of “LEAN” before this, but apparently it has something to do with Hip Hop culture, and it’s a pretty widely known drug.  Trayvon Martin spoke about it regularly in his facebook and phone text messages.

trayvon martin's drug use

I guess what is problematic for me with this protest of the “Dream Defenders” is that they continuously make a case for racism out of the George Zimmerman case, but instead of giving blame to Trayvon himself, they lay the blame on George Zimmerman.   Which is ironic, since it was Trayvon who was offering the racism in this incident according to prosecution witness Rachel Jeantel.  See her comments about how Trayvon portrayed Zimmerman on the phone with her that night as a “Creepy Ass Cracka“.

So why is it so important to do all of this race baiting?  I can only suspect it has to do with the liberal agenda to disarm the USA.

See some excerpts from the Altnet report on this “Dream Defense” organization.

Packed into the small reception area of the Florida governor’s office in Tallahassee, a couple dozen determined Dream Defenders conducted a people’s hearing on racial profiling. Black and brown college and high school youth took turns giving compelling testimony of being profiled at school, in public and by the police. In one corner was a court reporter. A camera was live streaming the proceedings.

On the coffee table: a can of iced tea and a bag of skittles. On the floor were strips of tape to keep an aisle clear so the governor’s officers could get in and out of their offices. Over the couch was a hand-lettered sign of a quote by Dr. Martin Luther King: “The ultimate measure of a man is not where he stands in moments of comfort and convenience, but where he stands at times of challenge and controversy.”

The Dream Defenders are an inspiring and organized student movement going into week four of their sit-in and occupation of the Florida governor’s office. They are demanding changes in Florida laws that criminalize young black and brown people.

Each night, as uniformed police lock the doors, dozens sprawl out on the marble floor to sleep until dawn. Visits by Rev. Jesse Jackson and singer activist Harry Belafonte inspired the students, energized older activists and connected this campaign to the student-led part of the civil rights movement.

A few things that should be known, since I constantly hear about the “right wing white man agenda” constantly regarding this case.

  1. George Zimmerman was as white as Bob Marley.  George Zimmerman’s father was white, but his mother was Afro-Peruvian.
  2. George Zimmerman was not a republican or a right winger, he was a registered democrat
  3. It is said that George Zimmerman stood up for a man in the same town who’s civil rights were violated in a racial way, and George Zimmerman protested this and passed out flyers about this in 2010

I think it is important to realize that there is an ulterior motive behind pumping this case so much.  The biggest topic is to get the public behind removing self defense and gun rights from the people.  I think this is a very dangerous avenue.
Removing self defense rights?   As I have explained before, usually the police are slow to respond, if they respond at tall, and often times when they do respond someone gets hurt.   So if we the people can not defend ourselves, and if we MUST wait for police at all times, then how can we expect to be safe at all?

This is my article on that subject:  Self Defense laws being threatened

If anyone wonders why I have such a problem with the neo-liberal mindset.  This is one of the biggest problems that I have, is their insatiable need to remove rights from people, and replace those rights with the state.

The media report above is very good journalism.  Main stream media has truly become full of fiction and not facts.
I am tired of hearing the lies of MSM.

Self Defense laws being threatened

July 21st, 2013 | By Pirate

There have been a lot of stories that have been blasted in all of our main stream media sources and in our government as of late. Never has there been a time in my life or in the history of our country that I have read about that our rights to self defense and our rights to bear arms have been threatened so much. I have wrote about this every opportunity that I have saw this. I try to avoid the main stream media hype and I divert to personal experiences. I have wrote about Russ Belville calling for gun law reform, only because I have personally met him, and I have personally donated to his show and for awhile he linked to my site from So I felt obligated to voice my personal opposition to his call for gun restrictions as I did not want to portray any support for that.

I also broke down and wrote a few stories about the George Zimmerman case. When everything got fired up in March 2012, I supported the arrest and charges pressed against him. I posted on facebook about it a lot, and I wore my hoodie and all of that. But after he was arrested I left it alone and waited for the verdict. After seeing what I saw I had to comment, because I felt like I was wrong for believing the main stream media when they cut and edited the 911 calls to make George Zimmerman seem racist and such. I wanted to express my opinion on the verdict which I very much agreed with after reviewing the evidence. So I posted the following two articles.

The science in the George Zimmerman case

Creepy Ass Cracka – Final post on the George Zimmerman case

These are some of the articles that I have posted on gun restrictions and self defense.

My opinion on these cases like Sandy Hook and Columbine etc. Is that gun control laws made no difference or would have made no difference in deferring this tragedies. In the case of George Zimmerman, he was getting beat so badly that he could have died if it would have continued. In countries where there are more guns and less restrictions like Switzerland, there is over all less crime, and less murders. Switzerland has the least crime rates in the world and they have less gun restrictions than anywhere. They even require each home to have an assault weapon in it.

But when I see the president playing the race card to push an agenda that he has been working on since he got into office, which is to reduce gun rights and self defense rights. It makes me upset. First of all seeing that this was clearly not a race based issue between George Zimmerman and Trayvon Martin, and in fact, if Trayvon Martin would not have been killed he would have likely been guilty of a hate crime. Since first before the violence, he was describing George Zimmerman as A “Creepy Ass Cracka”, and then after he jumped George Zimmerman and beat him very badly. That racial slur and the violence that followed justified a hate-crime charge if not just a simple assault. But the media, the president and many anti-gun liberals play this to death on the race issue saying that George Zimmerman was a racist, and that is why he killed Trayvon Martin. When in fact George Zimmerman did not at all look white, and was in fact part Afro-Peruvian (black). But they keep playing the emotions of people on this “if you don’t agree with me that this was racist, then you are racist”.

All because Obama wants to take away our guns?

While this whole thing with George Zimmerman has been playing out. The Obama administration has been working to take away our protection against indefinite detention without trial via the NDAA, and he finally won this while the media distracted Americans.

And before that he was shamelessly parading children of the Sandy Hook incident for a ploy to take away gun rights.

When will the American people realize how bad the police response is getting to be? When we will realize that the police departments are being used as revenue generator tools for counties and cities and are not being used to protect people

You can watch via this video and the article that I wrote after attending Spokane City Council meeting March 7th 2011, that Spokane City Police do not investigate property damage/crimes that are less than $30,000 in value, and they admit that police response times are slow.

Standing up or sitting down

That is amazing that people just don’t care. And not only do they not open their eyes to the writing on the walls, many citizens are working to make it nearly impossible to defend one’s self against crime and violence.

The poor get the worst of this. If $30,000 is the mark in which police will respond to property crimes, many poor folks do not have that many assets to their name, so they will NEVER get protected by police.

I fully admit that there is a racism problem in this country. My contention is that it is the government pushing this racism. From Affirmative Action (ie Reverse Discrimination) laws, to racially placing prisoners in our giant prison population. I believe that the government is responsible for a lot of the racism in this country.

But to make a racial issue out of the George Zimmerman case just seems bizzare to me. Especially since he was about as white as Bob Marley, and part black himself. And seeing that there is a much bigger problem to address which is not white on black crimes, but black on black crimes.

With the African-American (black) population only being about 12%, there are a significantly higher amount of black on black crimes than white on black crimes. Which seems disproportionate to me. If there are more whites than blacks, it would make sense that there would be more white on black crimes. But there isn’t and this is the GIANT ELEPHANT in the room that no one is talking about.

“An analysis of ‘single offender victimization figures’ from the FBI for 2007 finds blacks committed 433,934 crimes against whites, eight times the 55,685 whites committed against blacks. Interracial rape is almost exclusively black on white — with 14,000 assaults on white women by African Americans in 2007. Not one case of a white sexual assault on a black female was found in the FBI study.”

Though blacks are outnumbered 5-to-1 in the population by whites, they commit eight times as many crimes against whites as the reverse. By those 2007 numbers, a black male was 40 times as likely to assault a white person as the reverse.

One way to explain it is “we have a preferential justice system” and there is a lot of truth to that. But we can no longer ignore that black on black crime is a major problem, regardless of the system itself. There is a cultural problem too.

Some blame single parent homes. That may be the case. I know that a person that I respect very much has pointed to this. Mr. Thomas Sowell.

But what are your thoughts?

The science in the George Zimmerman case

July 14th, 2013 | By Pirate

I have had a few people defriend me and one person threaten my family via facebook over my opinion that the science, and the jury were correct from my understanding in the George Zimmerman case.  In fact this last week when I really looked deeper into this I realized a few things.

1.  That Zimmerman had been a neighborhood watch captain for quite some time and had been very helpful in investigation in this neighborhood in the past.  Even in a recent burglary in that neighborhood where Zimmerman reported seeing a burglar, the burglar was found in possession of the items taken and Zimmerman correctly identified the burglar.

So this was not something new for Zimmerman.  He didn’t have it out for Trayvon Martin.

2. That Zimmerman never volunteered the race of the person he was reporting without being prompted by the 911 dispatcher.    George Zimmerman’s Police Call History – DocumentCloud

3.  The physical evidence in this case shows that Zimmerman was beat badly.  Both via the pictures that were taken at the scene while Zimmerman was in the police car, and the surveillance video at the police station when Zimmerman was questioned, and the doctors examination show that Zimmerman had many injuries due to the beating that Trayvon Martin gave him that night before he was shot.

George_Zimmerman_back_of_head George_Zimmerman_front_of_head

However on the autopsy of Trayvon Martin the only injury found other than the gun shot wound, was lacerations on his knuckles and blood on his knuckles from beating George Zimmerman.

ABC News Exclusive: Zimmerman Medical Report Shows Broken Nose, Lacerations After Trayvon Martin Shooting, ABC News, May 15, 2012

Martin’s autopsy report

The Volusia County medical examiner found that Martin was killed by an injury resulting from a single gunshot to the chest, fired at “intermediate range”, between 1 and 18 inches according to a forensic expert.[34][Note 6] An FDLE analysis of Martin’s body and clothes described the distance as “a contact shot”.[133] The autopsy also found that Martin had one small abrasion on his left ring finger below the knuckle. No other injuries were found on Martin’s body at the time of his death.[34] Physicians who reviewed the official autopsy report for the Orlando Sentinel, stated in their opinion that Martin lived from 20 seconds to several minutes after he was shot, and that Martin likely remained conscious “for a time anyway”.[134]

4.   I have spoke many times about lie detection technology see this.   Zimmerman passed his lie detector test with flying colors.

On June 26, 2012, the prosecution released the results of a voice stress test performed on George Zimmerman the day after the shooting.[192][193] A voice stress test is a type of test used to measure deceptive or psychological stress in the human voice in response to questions.[194] Zimmerman was asked, “Did you confront the guy you shot?”, to which Zimmerman answered, “No.” Zimmerman was asked, “Were you in fear for your life, when you shot the guy?”, to which Zimmerman answered, “Yes.”[192] The examiner concluded that Zimmerman “told substantially the complete truth” in the examination, and Zimmerman was classified as “No Deception Indicated (NDI)” according to the report.[192]

Trayvon Martin Shooting: More George Zimmerman evidence released”. WTSB Tampa Bay. June 26, 2012. Retrieved June 26, 2012.

5.  The fact that Trayvon Martin was going in and out of people’s back yards led to suspicions voiced on the 911 calls by Zimmerman before he was jumped by Trayvon Martin and in fact Martin was trespassing in someone’s backyard (one of the 911 callers) when the incident of the beating and then the shooting occurred.

Listen to the 911 calls for more on this.

7:18:00 reports yelling “Help”

• 7:16:11 “Help” and gunshot in background
• 7:16:41 reports screaming and gun shot
• 7:17:08 reports screaming “Help” and gunshot
• 7:17:15 distraught caller
• 7:17:54 reports gun shot
• 7:18:00 reports yelling “Help”
• 7:19:04 brother of caller was witness

And now after the jury decides.  Community “leaders” are calling for revenge, and their main target is our right to self defense (ie Stand your ground laws).    NAACP Seeks DOJ Intervention in Martin Case, Targets ‘Stand Your Ground‘ Laws | The Nation

This is what concerns me most about this case.  Why try to take away self defense laws in a society that is hostile and police are slow to respond?  Between calling for gun rights to be taken away and the “stand your ground” laws to be taken away, what is left when police take sometimes hours to respond or sometimes will not respond at all?

I was at a city council meeting in Spokane city when Tim Loe and Gina Cargile testified to the Council that police have told them if property damage is not more than $30,000, that police will not respond.  The city council president confirmed this policy.

What about in things like the Katrina hurricane in New Orleans?  People did not have access to police, they had to defend themselves against looters and killers.  Why take away our ability to defend ourselves just because you disagree with a verdict?

What I think is interesting, is places where gun rights are liberated and defended, the crime rates are lower.
One example is Switzerland where every house is required to have a gun in their home (an assault rifle none the less), and their crime rates are lowest in the world.   Why Switzerland Has The Lowest Crime Rate In The World

Seasons Greetings December 18th Lots of updates

December 18th, 2012 | By Pirate

Warmest greetings.
Ive been terribly sick with a cold.  I am feeling a lot better now.  But the symptoms including a massive headache were terrible.  I made this video after I got off work this morning.

It was kind of a quicky, and I didn’t mention everything that I had intended to say.  But if you have a minute, please listen in.

Have a seat, grab a cup of hot cocoa, pack a bowl, kick back.

I love what the pseudo name for 2013?s Hempfest is  “No Federal Schedule”.

Below are the links that I referenced in the video, and a copy of the letter that I am sending to Ron Paul’s camp via his website and postal mail.

Letter to Ron Paul on December 18th 2012

Dear Dr. Ron Paul,    I wont take much of your time sir.  First let me thank you for your diligent and steadfast service to this country, for your selfless example as a role model for young freedom lovers who want to make a difference, and for keeping your word.  Honesty is so rare in the world.     Many of my subscribers to my small blog

love your work very much, and  have been your supporters, I include myself in that as well.        I watched your 1988 speech to NORML and your appearance on the Morton Downey show and you were solid and so very educational.  In fact as you well know, you were ahead of your time.    Sir, let me please beg of you to leave an impression on the crowd at Hempfest.  Give them something to think about from a political philosophy that they are not often presented with.      Our family are not well to do, but we are happy to be working and to have a little extra every pay check, and we have set aside some money to pitch in for your expenses.   I realize that you are not taking a congressional pension, and have been very lean on what you do allow for reimbursement of your time and energy.  So we as liberty loving and like minded individuals, and as regular attendees of hempfest, we would like to pay for some of your expense.  I know we can contribute $500 to this purpose.  But there are some emails and youtube videos currently going around asking others to write to your campaign via

and to pledge their support as well.    Sir I am desperately aware that there will never be another you in our world affecting change in the way you have been so successful at doing.  Really good change, back to our constitution.  Thank you for that!  Please give us a 5 or 10 minute (or longer) presentation on why liberty is important in cannabis law reform.   My personal contact information is:Ryan Thompson

The Russ Belville Challenge 2012-2013 – Legal or not?

November 21st, 2012 | By Pirate

I challenge Russ to a wager that cannabis is clearly either legal or not.  We will know if the legal cannabis market truly gets established.   If in December of 2013 there is legal, licensed dispensaries I will donate to the charity of Russ Belville’s choice (even NORML).
If Russ accepts this challenge, and there is no dispensaries and no licensing as I predict.  Then he will donate $500 to the Libertarian Party.

Russ has until December 28th 2012 to decide if he wants to take the challenge, or all bets are off!

I doubt he will accept.  But this is what I posted on his wall:

Russ Belville I realize you are a betting man. I know you like to challenge other activists to bets, oaths, and promises (like recently with Steve Sarich), would you be interested in a double or nothing wager about legal cannabis stores opening in Washington, licensed by the Liquor Control Board?

I’ve donated to NORML many times. Supporting your endeavors with what little I could. But I’ve sworn to not donate any more based on the childish insults dealt during the last couple of cannabis legalization campaigns.

But I figure if you are right about there being legal dispensaries in Washington come 2013, then I think you would deserve a reward for accurately reading the policy, and interpreting the intentions of the state, the courts and the feds.

So how about a small $250 bet. If you win, and legal stores actually arrive in Washington come 2013 (December right?), then I donate to the charity of your choice $500. If I win, you donate $500 to the libertarian party.

Sounds like a good deal to me.

So are you willing to put your money where your mouth is?

I’ll make a video with this challenge. You challenged me to a bet on February 29th about Ron Paul. So Im challenging you.

Russ’s challenge to other activists:

I have the link to the show where Russ challenged me to a bet at this link:

In this article I discuss Russ’s poor public relations and insult tactics.

So this is one thing I can thank facebook for

May 4th, 2012 | By Pirate

While we all complain about facebook from time to time.
I usually use facebook just to host automatic feeds as of late, because I am not loving timeline.
Fortunately I made a second account that does not have time line, and I may eject one and trade it for the other.

Aside from the complaints and the conspiracies. I do like facebook, because it makes it easy to send quick alerts, and make new contacts and meet up with old acquaintances. Its been basically like the new MySpace. But a lot of people do use Facebook manually and regularly. So when I need to get info out to people directly, facebook is a great way to communicate. I have a few open forums, and I post there sometimes back and forth about topics.

But ya know being an old techy type, I still am still fond of IRC.

I remember talking to my younger brothers when I moved to Washington state, they were in Utah via IRC using mIRC (a nifty little client/interface of IRC),
IRC is a good multiplatform communication community. Open source is always good. Their are all types of IRC interfaces, because the protocol they use is fairly common. IRC for phones is good for me. Saves on texting fees too. :)-~

In other news, and this is related to facebook. Jodie Emery, the wife and partner of the famous CCHQ (Cannabis Culture Head Quarters) in Vancouver BC has come out in favor of I-502.

I have to admit, I admire Marc and Jodie a lot, as well as the activist that have stood up with the Emery’s as a community such as Greg Williams and Michelle Rainey (RIP), otherwise known as the BC3.

Well, I have to concede, I was shocked by their support for I-502.

But now that one of the people I look up to in the world with high esteem, and the one who’s activism really got me fired up in 2008. I am going to bow out of the situation in Washington with I-502.
I have said my peace. I have recorded my words. Those recordings remain available and my opinion of I-502 is the the same.

However out of great respect for the Emery’s, and because I have nothing more to add to my objections.
I am going to spend less time worrying about I-502. Ron Paul is still a major focal point of my goals this year. So I am going to say C’est la vie!

I have to admit another thing. I have read more from Steve Elliot these last 2 months than in the entire time Ive known of his existence which has been for a few years anyway.

We may not agree on religion. But more power to his words about I-502. A lot of his words echoed the way that many people in the community felt about I-502.

For the sake of that and other accomplishments. I commend Steve Elliot for some really excellent articles, and for publishing the Washington Activist piece with Cydney Moore.

I also commend Russ Belville for a buch of his articles. He really is gifted, and it was fantastic to see him debate Kevin Sabet!

Peace, Pot, Liberty !

Have a great weekened! We have a bunch of stuff coming up so check back later!

Filming in public what are your rights?

April 25th, 2012 | By Pirate

First we must define “what is public”?

I know that the law allows for one party consent in more than 10 states.   Utah being one of them, and I know because I have utilized this when dealing with police.  That applies to telephone, video etc.

But what about online, what makes online events public vs. private?

I know that on facebook and other social websites like MySpace, making a conversation, a group, a profile private is easy.
There are a lot of tutorials and ‘help’ sections to learn more about doing this.

So when a group is public, or when an email has been sent.  Are those situations where events are “public” or at least rightfully recorded?

I think so.  I have found serious issues that have included threats, bullying, intimidation and even elderly abuse online and I have recorded several of those types of events.

I don’t mind being criticized for it.  Activists do it all of the time with police and violent encounters.
I see using video is a tool for an activist, just as it is a tool of the nanny state.

It is suggested by studies that the average US citizen gets filmed without giving consent at least 300 times per day.
Which includes public camera, private (businesses) cameras, traffic lights, toll booths, police cameras (dashcams), etc.

I like to have a recording of weird shit that has presented itself in my life as well.

Here is an example that I found on YouTube recently that illustrates my point.

These are videos that I made that have come in handy in the past.

This incident would have been better if I had a recording of the event that took place.
But I did get some interesting data from these recordings, from public officials.

This is another issue that I recorded, and I truly believe the camera is what saved me.

This is another one of my new favorite websites:
